Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 30, 2026

Momenori LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("Momenori," "we," "us"), operates a marketplace at momenori.com that connects customers with local photographers. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

2. How we use your information

3. Text messages and your mobile number

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as our SMS provider, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We ask for your mobile number so we can reach you about activity on your account — principally new booking requests, changes to a booking's status, and new messages from the other party to a booking. We verify the number by sending a one-time passcode.

Receiving text messages is optional and is not a condition of creating an account or of using Momenori. If you do not opt in, we will notify you by email instead.

Message frequency varies with your activity on the platform. Message and data rates may apply. You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. Reply HELP for help, or contact momenorisupport@momenori.com.

4. When we share information

We share personal information only in these circumstances:

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

5. Data retention

We keep account and booking information for as long as your account is active, and afterward for as long as needed to meet legal, tax, and dispute-resolution obligations. Consent records for text messaging are retained for at least four years, as required to demonstrate compliance.

6. Your choices

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal information — for example, California residents have rights under the CCPA. Contact us at the address above to exercise them.

7. Security

We use encryption in transit, hashed password storage, and access controls to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children

Momenori is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

We will post any changes on this page and update the date at the top. If the changes are significant, we will notify you by email.
